post to see how run-down this little slice of heaven used to be!.It turns out that he had this trick up his sleeve that made the job so much quicker and easier than any other deck staining project that I’ve seen before.. It’s actually Easy… Really. So when you think of staining a deck, if you’re like me, you think of slaving away for hours in the hot sun, dipping your brush or your rag into the can of stain and then slopping it onto the deck and rubbing it in, square inch by square inch.
It’s kind of a painful thought, isn’t it?.Now here’s where the magic happens!
Are you with me?.
All you need to do, is go to your local hardware store, into the section where they keep the weed killers and bug killers and stuff and find one of these:.Don’t worry too much if your box of cake mix or pudding mix isn’t exactly the same weight as the ones that I used, because it really doesn’t seem to matter much!
I just use whatever box is easiest to find on the shelf, or on sale, or whatever.Well, I hope you like this one as much as I did!
This one was Kennedy’s favorite by far..If you want to try out some other variations.
